In accordance with the Quality Management System established in compliance with the "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories" standard TS EN ISO/IEC 17025, our aim is to provide services to our customers with good professional and technical practices while adhering to the principles of impartiality, independence, equality, honesty and confidentiality. We strive to provide accurate and reliable results as quickly as possible, using national and internationally valid methods and equipment with our expert staff. We maintain a management approach that promotes both customer satisfaction and compliance with legal requirements while participating in national and international proficiency tests to ensure the accuracy of our methods. We continuously develop new action plans and improve the effectiveness of our quality system based on the expectations and needs of our customers. We keep up-to-date with scientific and technological developments through continuous training and development programs, and strive to be at the forefront of scientific and technological innovation by conducting continuous R&D studies. We ensure that all personnel comply with the practices of the "Quality Management System", while continuously improving and developing working conditions and personnel competence, and respecting human beings and the environment in addition to ensuring the most ergonomic use of resources. Finally, we maintain our status as a leader while remaining respectful to the rights of other organizations with whom we compete and/or collaborate, by maintaining our focus on the principle of "customer" orientation.
