Production Of Cosmetic Liposomal Raw Materials

SFA R&D, which is the market leader in the production of liposomal raw materials for cosmetic products in Turkey, has been operating since 1992 and continues to grow steadily by adding strength to its power. In addition to raw material production, customized R&D and production studies are conducted for companies. Currently, they continue to work with over 400 companies.

Due to the insufficient absorption of traditional cosmetic products in the body and skin, consumers are looking for alternative products. At this point, liposomes are an effective carrier system that plays an important role in increasing the effectiveness of vitamins, peptides, and trace elements beneficial to the skin, as well as in the self-repair of skin structure.

Several formulation studies are carried out using liposomes, and liposomal R&D studies with custom phytochemicals, minerals, and vitamins are also conducted for companies.

Liposomal Niacinamide Liposomal Niacinamide, developed using liposomal technology, helps prevent acne formation and improve the appearance of blemishes by increasing its effectiveness in skin cells. Niacinamide is the name given to vitamin B3 in the forms of niacin and niacinamide. Niacinamide, also known as nicotinic acid in skincare products, is a water-soluble form of B vitamin.

Liposomal Caffeine-Niacinamide Liposomal Caffeine-Niacinamide is a combination of two powerful antioxidants that are known for their anti-aging benefits. Caffeine helps reduce the appearance of redness and wrinkles in the skin. When applied topically in masks and other skincare products, caffeine helps narrow blood vessels and improve their appearance. It tightens and brightens the skin, reduces wrinkles, and visibly smooths cellulite on the body. Niacinamide helps create keratin and a lipid barrier on the skin. It minimizes redness, blemishes, and pore appearance, regulates oil balance, protects against sun damage, treats hyperpigmentation, and minimizes fine lines and wrinkles. It also protects against oxidative stress.

Liposomal Arbutin Arbutin, a key ingredient in cosmetic care products, is a plant-based active compound with exceptional skin benefits. Alpha arbutin, also known as deoxyarbutin, is naturally extracted from the bearberry plant. Liposomal Arbutin, developed using liposome technology, supports skin cells against problems such as sunspots, aging, and acne by balancing the melanin produced by skin cells.

Liposomal Vitamin C Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, leads the way as the most preferred vitamin in cosmetic products to support skin with its cell renewing and supporting properties. Liposomal Vitamin C penetrates cells more intensely and healthily due to its high permeability ability, supporting the renewal of the skin.

Liposomal Vitamin E The double-layered structure of phospholipids in liposomes protects bioactive substances against harmful body processes. Thus, liposomes preserve the integrity and functionality of Vitamin E. Vitamins are more stable when coated inside a liposome. When referring to Vitamin E, most commonly, alpha-tocopherol is meant. Vitamin E has an important antioxidant function in the human body, protecting cells against oxidative damage. Due to its antioxidant function, it has been shown that Vitamin E supports the protection of cells against the harmful effects of pollution and UV radiation.

Lipozomal Vitamin A The absorption of Vitamin A (Retinyl palmitate) is improved by phospholipids, thereby aiding in stability. Vitamin A helps prevent fine lines and deep wrinkles while balancing skin tone.

Liposomal Hyaluronic Acid Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the human body, produced by the body itself. As a water-binding molecule, it supports connective tissue, joint fluid, and skin structures and ensures the elasticity, flexibility, and tightening of tissues. Hyaluronic acid is an effective moisturizer and wrinkle-preventing agent. When delivered through liposomes, its effectiveness is greatly increased for mature and aging skin. The combination of hyaluronic acid and the natural carrier of phosphatidylcholine in liposomes has been proven to be an excellent treatment for dry skin. Liposomal hyaluronic acid is 2.5 times stronger than non-liposomal hyaluronic acid concentrate.
